Thales is the Spanish leader in Tactical Land-based CIS (Command, Information and Communication Systems), covering the entire product lifecycle (design, development, production, ILS). Headquartered in Leganés, Thales Sistemas employs a highly specialized team of over 100 people, most of whom are engineers engaged in the following activities: Command, Information and Communication Systems (CIS) to support Command and Decision-Making functions: * Embedded electronics for military aircraft * Tactical Communications * Navigation aids for air traffic As part of the Strategy and Business Development team, you will join as a Strategy and Business Development Intern: You will join the Strategy and Business Development team for the Region, where Thales manages a broad portfolio of high-tech products and services across both civil and military sectors. The team actively collaborates with other company departments: Engineering (to understand our products), Production (to learn about services offered to our customers), Project Management (to gather customer requirements), and Communications (to convey key messages). You will also interact indirectly with Strategy, Marketing and Development teams from other countries, collecting and exchanging information. You will support strategy, marketing and business development activities for the region (Spain, Portugal and Turkey). Tasks will include: * Preparation of technical\-commercial reports. * Translation of technical documents. * Preparation of reports on the status of technologies and products in the region (market and product maturity, competitors, pricing, etc.). * Monitoring of the company’s contract and opportunity management tool. * Attendance and summarization of internal and external meetings and presentations on behalf of the department. * Support in country-specific market analyses (PESTLE, SWOT, etc.). * Work on Thales product positioning, cross-country synergies, business plans, localization plans, and customer-oriented business development activities (e.g., workshops, press analysis, etc.).
