Real opportunities for promotion and mobility Manolo Bakes continues to grow and expand, and therefore we are looking for a Store Manager for our new store opening at CC Gran Plaza 2 (Majadahonda), with experience in the café \- bakery \- pastry sector, including shift management, optimized order handling, waste control, people management, cash handling, team training, and customer service, among others. Like our Manolitos, we prioritize authenticity, personality, high professionalism, honesty, and reliability in our eMBassadors. We seek individuals passionate about customer service, professional excellence in their work, commitment to colleagues, and—let’s be clear—the world of coffee and pastry. Someone eager to grow with our company, at the same pace as Manolo Bakes itself. Additionally, the following are required: \- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a store manager, restaurant manager, shift supervisor, or café supervisor, etc. \- Knowledge of gastronomy, baking, and related products. \- Knowledge of service preparation and team management. \- Cash handling and closing procedures. \- Order preparation and supplier follow-up. Offered: \- Permanent employment contract. \- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week). \- Salary: €1,760 gross/month \+ public holidays \+ variable bonus. \- Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) in continuous daily schedules (8 hours/day), Monday through Sunday. \- Young and dynamic work environment. \- Training platform. \- Real opportunities for promotion and mobility. \- Minimum two days off per week. \- Birthday off! \- Employee discount on manolitos, palmitas, coffee, and much more!
