Job Summary: This position involves product management, store maintenance, and strong customer interaction, ensuring space optimization and order. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining store order and an attractive presentation. **Job Responsibilities:** * Store shop products, optimizing available areas and resources. * Perform labeling, packaging, and palletizing operations to ensure product integrity during display and sale. * Monitor maintenance and preparation of store tools and machinery. * Attend to customers, providing personalized service and managing their purchases. * Control in-store product replenishment, product implementation, and proper shelf placement, as well as manage margins, shrinkage, expiration dates, promotions, price control, and sales. * Maintain the store in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness and order in the work area. * Restock products, ensuring an attractive presentation compliant with store regulations. * Perform specific tasks such as packaging, price labeling, and product placement on shelves. * Collaborate with the team on operational maintenance and overall store conditioning. * Advise customers on product selection, providing friendly assistance and resolving inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and features.
