From our offices located in central Barcelona, we are seeking a **STARS Trainee**. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze sales data to identify strengths and weaknesses, assess underlying causes, and propose potential solutions—both internally and externally with clients. * Manage client stock levels. * Collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure excellence in customer service. * Consolidate the STARS system at retail points of sale, identifying potential areas for improvement related to the service operational process and providing appropriate guidance to ensure its proper functioning. **Candidate Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Retail, GPV, or Category Management is an asset. * Proficiency in Excel. * Languages: Native or fluent Spanish and English. * Full-time availability from Monday to Thursday and half-day Friday. **What We Offer:** * Internship with competitive remuneration: 6 months + 6 months. * Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. * Opportunity to work with a leading multinational company in its sector. **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
