The selected candidate will be responsible for feeding production lines, monitoring proper machinery operation, resolving jams, performing product changeovers, and making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production processes. They will also ensure orderliness and finished-product quality, adhering to established standards. Requirements * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent * Preferred: Prior experience as a production operator or in industrial environments. Knowledge of adjustment and operation of industrial machinery. Experience in the wood, packaging, or pallet manufacturing sector (not mandatory). Ability to identify and resolve minor incidents during production. * Requirements: Responsible, dynamic individual with willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team and maintain production pace. Proactive attitude and commitment to quality and safety. Immediate availability to start. * Mandatory: Own vehicle is preferred for commuting to the workplace. Interest in professional development within an established industrial company. Willingness to learn the operation of various machines and manufacturing processes.
