We are seeking a person to jointly assume the roles of animation and coordination for an educational leisure service targeting children and adolescents aged 5 to 16 in Alcalá de Henares. The selected candidate will combine direct interaction with participants with the organization and coordination of the service, serving as a key reference figure throughout the implementation of activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, prepare, and animate activities adapted to different age groups. * Motivate and encourage active participation of minors. * Ensure the safety, well-being, and proper care of participants. * Monitor attendance and conduct follow-up of participants. * Prepare and manage necessary materials and resources. * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of activities. * Resolve incidents and respond to possible unforeseen events. * Maintain communication and coordination with the service management. * Carry out necessary follow-up and documentation of implemented activities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education * Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education * Higher Technician in Social Integration or official qualification as Leisure Time Coordinator Experience in archaeology and heritage pedagogy will be considered favorably.
