**About Us:** ALEPH\-TEA is the Independent Association for Personalized and Human Education for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our ENCO service (Adult Services in the Community) is dedicated to promoting inclusion and improving the quality of life of adults on the autism spectrum by building support networks within their natural environments. **Your Mission:** As a Social Integration Technician in the ENCO service, your mission will be to support and accompany project participants in fostering their civic participation and connecting their interests with the community. You will play a key role in managing relationships and contexts that enable individuals to achieve their goals in more inclusive settings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide direct support and accompaniment to project participants. * Foster opportunities and civic participation for participants. * Establish and maintain partnerships with other stakeholders in the environment to create natural support networks. * Promote participants' social, cultural, and occupational inclusion, helping them build meaningful personal relationships. * Stay up-to-date with community offerings in the city and in the neighborhoods where participants reside, to connect their interests with existing opportunities. * Accompany participants and their families in advocating for the rights of people with disabilities. * Manage and monitor each participant's life plan, ensuring progress toward their goals and objectives. * Maintain open and consistent communication with participants, their families, and the community. **Essential Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Social Integration. * Demonstrable experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. **Especially Valued:** * Training in Person-Centered Planning (ACP). * Training in the Quality of Life model. * Training in Active Support. * Training in Positive Behavior Support. * Valid driver's license. * Strong commitment to people, empathy, flexibility, and willingness to work collaboratively. **What We Offer:** * Full-time substitute contract. * Immediate incorporation. * Salary according to the XVI Collective Agreement for centers and services supporting people with disabilities. * Salary paid in 14 installments per year. * The opportunity to make a real and positive impact on people's lives while working alongside a team committed to inclusion.
