We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to work in Zaragoza at an industrial company specializing in heavy sheet metal fabrication, machining, and process equipment. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing the daily work of personnel, assigning tasks on the designated construction site, and leading teams of approximately up to 20 people. Key responsibilities include tracking client work orders, monitoring labor hours, personnel, materials, and equipment used; preparing and submitting completed work orders to the Site Manager; and issuing daily labor hour reports for personnel under their supervision. The candidate will conduct on-site inspections, collect data, and perform measurements to prepare quotations, as well as sketch freehand isometric drawings. Additional duties include managing delivery notes (albaranes), preparing daily activity reports, and coordinating with clients via in-person meetings or Microsoft Teams. The candidate will also participate in pipe and spool assembly and prefabrication, interpret engineering drawings, install valves and supports, and jointly analyze workload with the Site Manager. A full-time contract is offered, totaling 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on a split shift schedule, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible, proactive, self-motivated individual with leadership qualities. * Field-oriented profile, capable of direct communication with clients and the Site Manager. * Residence near the workplace is considered advantageous. \- * Vocational Training (FP) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
