You will join Saint\-Gobain in a strategic area engaged in mining activities in Spain and Portugal, working in **Sorbas (Almería)**, home to **Europe's largest open-pit gypsum quarry**. A unique, large-scale industrial environment with high impact. **Is this role right for you?** This position is ideal if you: * Hold an **Engineering degree** (preferably in Mining Engineering) and have experience in industrial, mining, or civil engineering environments. * Are motivated to **lead operational teams**, work on-site, and participate in operations such as **blasting**. * Have a **strong interest in the mining sector** and **at least 1 year of experience** in mining or civil engineering projects. * Are results-oriented, committed to continuous improvement, and familiar with KPIs. * Have knowledge of **ISO management systems**. * Are adaptable to shift work and seek a **solid, long-term professional project**. * Reside **near the workplace** or are **willing to relocate geographically**. * Are available to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night, Monday through Saturday). * Own a vehicle and can commute to the workplace. **Don’t forget anything** At Saint‑Gobain, our culture is built on **trust, empowerment, and collaboration**.
