**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Mission:**
Ensure and monitor service execution to guarantee customer satisfaction as well as group growth and profitability objectives.
**Key responsibilities:**
Be focused on ensuring successful execution of work according to defined objectives across the pillars of people, customers, growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
*• People*
* Support technicians to ensure they have the necessary tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for job execution.
* Coordinate with the relevant department to supply personnel requirements.
*• Customers*
* Ensure customer satisfaction metrics meet company targets: CSI/NPS (Customer Satisfaction Index/Net Promoter Score).
* Ensure compliance of CAE (Coordination of Business Activities) with the prevention department.
* Schedule breakdown notifications, contact customers by phone or email, and notify technicians.
* Release work orders to planning.
*• Growth*
* Create and modify quotations.
* Convert quotations into formal offers (issuance).
* Manage suppliers (creation, review, and approval of invoices).
* Monitor the sales pipeline (tracking).
* Pursue and track opportunities/quotations.
* Monitor and coordinate with the Spare Parts department.
*• Efficiency*
* Monitor and track performance indicators.
* Plan preventive maintenance schedules.
* Ensure productivity and on-time delivery compliance.
* Control and manage accident reports.
* Manage and coordinate external repairs at workshops.
* Handle ad-hoc material shipments.
* Update the database (BBDD).
* Monitor and unblock interrupted work orders.
*• Continuous Improvement*
* Ensure compliance with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards.
* Coordinate operational needs with OT (Operations Team) for work execution.
* Implement RCA (Root Cause Analysis) methodologies to capture lessons learned.
**Education, Knowledge \& Experience:**
* Intermediate or advanced vocational training (Mechatronics or similar), or higher education in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or 3 years’ experience as a maintenance-related coordinator.
* Technical knowledge.
* Leadership/management knowledge.
* Basic English proficiency.
* Office software skills: Microsoft Office.
