#### **The Position** We are a European software company with an ERP system comprising approximately forty modules. It manages critical processes such as payroll, planning, time tracking, invoicing, and accounting. * LEGACY LAYER: Proprietary 4GL platform that remains the functional source of truth. You will not develop on this layer in this role. * MODERN LAYER: Web application built with .NET 10, Blazor Server, and SQL Server. This is where you will work. We are seeking a full-time senior .NET developer to build our ERP using C\#, .NET 10, Blazor Server, and SQL Server. This is a hands-on product role. You will learn the ERP’s business logic and specialize in an area such as payroll and HR, operations, time tracking, invoicing, or finance. The goal is to transition this into a permanent position. We are transforming the modern platform into a product that the team can develop directly. Each module contains rules, permissions, calculations, and exceptions that must be understood before modifying code. We seek a senior profile with strong technical judgment and genuine interest in the product. Over time, you will become the functional reference for a specific area and own features from analysis through post-release follow-up.#### **Responsibilities** * Develop end-to-end features using C\#, .NET 10, Blazor Server, and SQL Server * Learn an ERP domain and collaborate with functional specialists to understand their processes, rules, and edge cases * Translate business needs into maintainable solutions without altering user-dependent behavior * Participate in discovery, refinement, and product decisions before writing code * Design components and services, model data, and write tests for business logic * Investigate production incidents and fix root causes in code, data, or configuration * Incrementally improve application quality, performance, observability, and maintainability * Review code and monitor features post-release, adjusting them based on real-world results and user feedback Expected Initial Outcomes* Practical knowledge of the application and key workflows in the assigned domain * First features deployed to production with tests and post-release monitoring * Ability to analyze requirements, identify open questions, and propose solutions before implementation * Growing ownership of a specific product area and its backlog #### **Requirements** Mandatory * Solid professional experience with C\# and .NET in production web applications * Hands-on experience developing user interfaces and application logic with Blazor Server * Experience with SQL Server and data access from .NET * Ability to understand and model complex business rules * Experience delivering complete features and maintaining them post-release * Autonomy to investigate problems, propose options, and implement solutions Preferred * Experience with ERP systems or domains such as payroll and HR, operations, planning, time tracking, invoicing, or finance * Experience with automated testing, observability, and CI/CD * Experience with multi-tenant applications, mission-critical systems, or legacy platform modernization * Interest in long-term work on the same product and acquiring deep functional expertise #### **About Us** Freematica España S.L.U.
