Job Summary: Manolo Bakes is seeking passionate Team Leaders who are enthusiastic about customer service and the coffee and pastry industry to support the Store Manager in team management and daily operations. Real opportunities for promotion and mobility Manolo Bakes continues its expansion, and we are therefore looking for two Team Leaders (shift supervisors) for our new store opening at CC Gran Plaza 2 (Majadahonda), requiring substantial experience in people management and knowledge of the café \- pastry \- hospitality sector, including shift scheduling, cash handling, team training, and customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager, becoming their primary support. We seek individuals passionate about customer service, professional excellence, commitment to colleagues—and, let’s be clear—about the world of coffee and pastries. Someone eager to grow with this company, matching Manolo Bakes’ own rapid growth. Additionally, we require: \- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a shift supervisor in cafés, restaurants, bakeries, or similar establishments. \- Knowledge of gastronomy, pastry, and related products. \- Proficiency in service preparation and team management. \- Cash handling and reconciliation. \- Order preparation and supplier follow-up.
