Sales Performance Analyst

At **BESTSELLER**, a leading fashion company, we are seeking a **Sales Performance Analyst** to join our **ONLY Brand House** team at our **Churriana** (**Málaga**) office. We are looking for an analytical, organized individual with strong communication skills to support the team in monitoring business performance and coordinating projects across different departments. Candidates must have knowledge of economics and business, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to collect, structure, and transform information into clear presentations and reports. **Key responsibilities** * Prepare periodic reports on sales, margin, profitability, and other business KPIs. * Create and update presentations for Management, Sales teams, and HQ. * Collect, organize, and analyze information from various departments. * Coordinate projects and initiatives between Finance, Sales, Product, and other teams. * Track tasks, owners, and deadlines to ensure project progress. * Support the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and basic P\&L analysis. * Contribute to business cases and simple profitability or ROI analyses. * Identify opportunities to improve reports, tools, and internal processes. **Candidate profile** * Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * First professional experience in business analysis, reporting, project coordination, or a similar role. * Strong Excel proficiency and particular skill in preparing PowerPoint presentations. * Ability to analyze information and present it simply and visually. * Organized, solution-oriented individual with ease in cross-departmental coordination. * Good command of English. * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus, though not mandatory. * Interest in business, fashion, and the commercial environment.
