




Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor to provide personalized service to customers, boost sales, and support the smooth operation of the store. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in order management, stock control, and inventory CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Sales Advisor to join its Aire Barcelona \- Vía Augusta store. **Responsibilities:** * Providing personalized service to customers throughout all stages (sales and after-sales). * Boosting store sales and helping achieve established targets. * Assisting in all operational tasks required for smooth store functioning (order and stock management, inventory preparation and execution, communication with external suppliers, tracking repairs and associated fittings, etc). * Performing all tasks related to the process from sale to order delivery. * Maintaining the Visual Merchandising and Customer Service standards set by the Brand. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role; experience in the Bridal Fashion sector is highly valued. * Knowledge of tailoring and experience in personalized sales (boutique setting) with excellent customer service skills are advantageous. * Intermediate level of English is desirable. * Candidate accustomed to working toward goals and incentives. * We seek proactive, solution-oriented individuals with negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity toward product and fashion. * Availability to work a 30-hour weekly schedule.
