Responsibilities include preparing vehicles (checking mechanical condition, cleanliness, and fuel level), continuously monitoring their status, and reporting any issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with the lead instructor in supervising exercises, explaining course content, and addressing participants' questions. You will also manage consumable training materials (e.g., documentation, safety equipment) and assist in setting up and dismantling the training track to simulate real traffic scenarios. The role requires clear communication and professional conduct with students, as well as adaptability to variable schedules and outdoor weather conditions during practical sessions. Technical expertise is integrated with pedagogical skills to convey defensive and preventive driving techniques. Effective communication skills—both oral and written—are required to convey technical concepts clearly and understandably. Strong teamwork abilities are essential, involving close collaboration with other instructors and support staff. Continuous learning capability is valued to adapt to new training content and methodologies.
