Description
We are seeking a route assistant for a day center in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting and accompanying elderly individuals from their homes to the center and vice versa, ensuring their safety and punctuality. This position is essential for providing emotional support during transit.
An indefinite-term contract is offered with a split schedule from Monday to Friday: approximately 08:00–11:00 and 16:00–19:00, totaling about six hours per day. Responsibilities include welcoming new users, assisting with daily activities, supporting preventive and leisure activities, administering meals, preparing meal carts, and assisting the nursing team with postural changes.
We seek someone with a vocation for service, ability to work in a team, and sensitivity toward elderly individuals.
A medium-level FP qualification is required: Technical Specialist in Nursing Care, Clinical Assistant Technician, Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, Socio-Healthcare Technician, or an equivalent Professional Certification. Additionally, a valid driver's license is mandatory. A disability certificate of 33% or higher, or recognized incapacity for another position, prior experience in the socio-healthcare sector, and basic computer skills will be considered advantageous.
