Therefore, we seek proactive, committed individuals with ambition for growth who wish to join an internationally oriented company. **We Offer You:** ----------------- * Permanent contract * Opportunity to join a company undergoing continuous evolution and growth **Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:** -------------------------------------------- * Handle and manage by phone incidents related to commercial vehicles (tractors and trailers), providing initial technical assessment and support to drivers * Perform preliminary diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults based on information provided by drivers, workshops, and suppliers, coordinating necessary actions for resolution * Record, document, and update all incidents, repairs, and additional requirements detected in management systems * Coordinate roadside assistance and interventions by workshops, recovery vehicles, and suppliers, ensuring rapid and efficient 24/7 response **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in roadside assistance, logistics, or transport is desirable * Solid knowledge of **vehicle mechanics** * Office software proficiency ### **Follow Us on LinkedIn!** ### **Share This Job Posting**
