We boast a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals and a work environment that fosters growth and collaboration. **Your Role as REVIT ARCHITECTURAL MODELER:** We seek a professional with solid experience in architectural modeling using Revit. You will be a key contributor to creating and managing BIM models for diverse building projects. Your work will be essential in ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in documenting and representing our architectural designs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural BIM models using Revit, adhering to established standards and regulations. * Generate technical documentation from models (plans, sections, elevations, details). * Actively collaborate with other departments (structural, MEP) to ensure model coordination. * Review and control model quality to guarantee accuracy and consistency. * Participate in defining and improving BIM workflows. * Support clash detection and resolution within the model. * Contribute to optimizing modeling and documentation processes. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Revit architectural modeling. * **Education:** Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Vocational Training (FP) in construction-related fields. * **Specific Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture; solid knowledge of BIM modeling and associated workflows. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. * **Languages:** English proficiency is valued. **Additional Assets (Preferred but Not Required):** * Experience in modeling industrial and tertiary buildings (data centers, logistics warehouses, landmark buildings, industrial facilities, etc.). * Experience in modeling other disciplines such as structural (STR) and MEP. * Familiarity with BIM regulations and standards. * Prior experience on projects carried out in Spain (minimum 3 years). **Collaboration Terms:** * **Start Date:** Immediate * **Salary:** Competitive and commensurate with experience (to be agreed upon). * **Benefits:** Opportunity to join an established team working on large-scale projects, continuous professional development. **Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?** If you meet the requirements and are passionate about BIM modeling, we want to meet you!
