We are seeking an Automotive Workshop Manager for a workshop in Alcañiz (Teruel). The position involves managing the workshop's operating account and, together with the regional director, implementing necessary measures to achieve set objectives. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with work methods, organizing and supervising the team, managing the procurement and maintenance of tools and equipment, maintaining order and cleanliness, and identifying growth opportunities through business plans. A permanent contract, full-time working hours, and an annual gross salary starting from €27,000 plus bonus are offered. Minimum requirements include at least 5 years of business management experience (automotive industry experience is especially valued), education in business administration and management or a related field, and computer skills: workshop management ERP systems, intermediate-level Microsoft Office, invoicing and quoting software, CRM systems, POS terminal operation, and cash management systems. A valid driving license (Category B) is also required.
