Among the products we offer, SherpaPharma stands out—a proprietary cloud-based digital solution designed to streamline and enhance the quality of the environmental monitoring microbiological process in the pharmaceutical industry, from planning through data analysis. **Role Mission:** Create a new IT department aimed at effectively managing the company’s information technology systems (55\-60 people). With support from the current external ICT management team, gradually assume the following responsibilities: * **Planning and Organization:** + Creation and updating of policies, standards, procedures, and user guides within the IT framework. + Proposal of a 2\-3 year IT plan and initiatives to be implemented. + Maintenance and improvement of the ICT management model. + Management of ICT vendors (printers, telephony, systems, software, etc.). + Management of internal ICT projects. + Management of IT security within the company. * **Procurement and Implementation:** + Procurement management of ICT assets (hardware, software, services, etc.). + Project management for projects such as SAGE X3 and ZOHO CRM. + Implementation of business requests. + Deployment of employee onboarding and offboarding. * **Operations and Support:** + Activities required to ensure technological system functionality (in coordination with vendors, via monitoring or autonomously). + Management of user helpdesk requests and incidents (with vendors or autonomously—telephony, infrastructure, etc.) and business solution issues. * **Monitoring, Evaluation, and Assessment:** Management of data integrity across various business solutions (Data Master). **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent. * Valuable Education: Knowledge of management methodologies (COBIT, ITIL, etc.). * Experience: 2\-3 years as an IT manager, 4GL programming, user support technician, and participation in ERP, CRM, and similar solution implementation projects. * Sufficient knowledge to manage and coordinate with external vendors: Windows network and communications administration; private cloud infrastructure administration; end-user device and Linux administration; Zoho One and Sage X3 ERP solutions. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan; intermediate English for communication with vendors and end users. **Most Valued Competencies** * Prioritization and organization. * Results orientation. * Innovation. * Initiative and proactivity. * Internal customer orientation. * Coordination and teamwork. * Adaptability. **We Offer** * Permanent contract and full-time employment. * Flexible working hours enabling work-life balance. * Fixed salary \+ quarterly variable bonus. * Annual allowance for professional development training of your choice. * Immediate incorporation. * A growing company with Teal culture and ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment) methodology, fostering a positive work atmosphere. * Our values: We build trust, deliver results, create teams, and enjoy what we do.
