Starting point for a structured career path toward Strategy Directorate **Context** The Pasqual Maragall Foundation (FPM) and the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center (BBRC) seek to hire a **Strategic Programs Manager**, a cross-institutional role designed to operate at the center of strategy and execution. In the current context of growth and transformation, both organizations are entering a stage of institutional maturity that demands enhanced execution capacity, inter-organizational coordination, and functional delegation. Multiple initiatives and strategic priorities are advancing in parallel and require structured alignment, monitoring, and execution discipline. The purpose of this role is to help fulfill the strategic priorities of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and the BBRC with clarity, pace, and coherence—supporting planning, coordination, execution, and performance tracking across the organization. The position leads the General Director’s office and provides close, trusted support to the General Director, Deputy General Director, and Manager. It serves as the senior coordination point across both institutions, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. The role includes coordinating cross-cutting initiatives, tracking delivery, preparing high-quality materials for decision-making, aligning teams, and ensuring visibility of risks, dependencies, and deviations—so that execution remains coherent, accountable, and traceable. We seek a high-potential professional with strategic thinking, sound judgment, excellent written communication, synthesis and information-handling skills, collaborative leadership, and the ability to influence across all functions and hierarchical levels.
