Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Services Manager to lead teams, optimize resources, manage budgets, and coordinate services to achieve excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage the Facility Services team 2. Optimize human and material resources to achieve energy savings 3. Coordinate departments to ensure service excellence **Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** \- Lead and manage the Facility Services team of Grupo Goya. \- Supervise various teams. \- Identify and correct deficiencies. \- Optimize human and material resources for Facility Services. \- Work towards greater energy savings. \- Manage the budget while optimizing resource efficiency. \- Monitor and supervise work systems, seeking improvements to established procedures. \- Define objectives and policies related to Facility Services. \- Evaluate available documentation and update it as necessary to comply with current regulations. \- Implement a work tracking system to ensure work reports remain up to date. \- Coordinate cleaning, technical services, and gardening departments to achieve excellence. \- Prepare and submit periodic reports and summaries to Management. **Requirements** * 5 years of experience in a similar position * Advanced level of English * Experience in facility management and maintenance * Ability to negotiate and communicate with other department heads * Experience in hotel facility management Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
