Performance-based incentive At Hello Nails, we are looking for a Center Manager—either full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (33 hours/week)—**with prior experience as a manicurist**, for our Burgos center (El Corte Inglés), with immediate start. Main Responsibilities: * Teamwork coordination * Cash register closing and reconciliation * Supervision of center cleanliness * Placing orders * Inventory control * Communication with headquarters * Ensuring team members comply with company protocols and internal regulations Requirements: * Must have prior experience as a manicurist * Experience in team management * Proficiency in acrylic, gel, and polygel nail construction * Immediate availability and flexible working hours * Experience in customer service and client relations We Offer: * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule * Responsibility allowance * Continuous training provided by the company * Performance-based incentive * \*\* Candidates without knowledge of manicure/pedicure and nail construction are kindly requested not to apply\*\*.
