Recruiter (Portuguese \& English) – Jávea, Costa Blanca **PeopleHub International Mobility S.L** is growing, and we're looking for a motivated **Recruiter** to join our international team in **Jávea (Costa Blanca), Spain**. Your responsibilities * Source and recruit candidates across Spain and Portugal for employment opportunities in the Netherlands. * Screen CVs and conduct phone and video interviews. * Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. * Manage candidate administration and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. * Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an outstanding recruitment experience. * Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment strategies. What we're looking for **Essential requirements:** * Fluent **Portuguese and English** (both are mandatory). * Good command of Spanish. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A proactive, positive, and results\-driven attitude. **Nice to have:** * Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or HR. * Experience working in an international environment.
