Daily responsibilities include face-to-face interaction with members and patients, managing incoming telephone calls, and entering all necessary information into the company’s computer system. Additionally, the role includes document filing, in-person public service, and other administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of the center. We require an organized individual skilled in direct user interaction. This position is offered under a full-time employment contract, involving 40 working hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 and 20:00, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a person with strong communication skills, who is solution-oriented and proactive. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage.
