We distribute white Portland cement produced at our plant in Tunisia and contribute to calcium aluminate cement production under the Electroland and Aluminite brands. The **Quarry Operator** is responsible for supervising and operating crushing and screening facilities, as well as operating quarry machinery and vehicles according to instructions from the Supervisor, for raw material extraction and preparation. In addition, the operator must follow preventive cleaning routes and collaborate on basic maintenance tasks for quarry facilities and vehicles, ensuring their proper operation. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Operating loaders and trucks to transport material obtained from blasting to the crushing section. * Assisting in restoration works and preparation of berms. * Conducting visual inspection of discharged or crushed material to prevent screening issues or crusher blockages. * Preparing required daily quarry activity reports for the Supervisor. * Inspecting facilities before starting screens. * Monitoring proper screen operation, incoming material, and performing screen cloth cleaning. * Monitoring truck loading to ensure equitable silo discharge. * Monitoring vehicle and facility machinery (reducers, belts, oils, etc.) maintenance and consumables, managing and/or reporting any incidents. * Monitoring pit filling level. * Performing quarry cleaning and maintenance. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Excellent professional development opportunity within a company recognized as a leader in the construction sector and grounded in strong ethical values. * Highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Flexible compensation package including Cobee, free telemedicine via Savia, access to Wellhub, pension plan, subsidized cafeteria, life and accident insurance, and discounts on products and services. We are seeking a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Additional qualifications, certifications, and licenses: Medium-level Vocational Training. Specialization: Electromechanical Maintenance. * Responsibility, teamwork, communication skills, and proficiency in operating machinery. * Advanced level of Spanish. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, morning and afternoon shifts. #LI-OM1
