We seek to incorporate into our team a **Quality Technician** with a solid track record and passion for guaranteeing the highest standards. If you possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proven experience managing quality in industrial construction environments, this is your opportunity! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Supervise and control the quality of materials and construction processes on site, ensuring compliance with applicable technical specifications and regulations. * Develop, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Plan. * Conduct periodic quality inspections and audits across different project phases (material receipt, work execution, finishing, etc.). * Identify non-conformities, propose, and supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Prepare quality monitoring reports, documenting findings, actions taken, and results achieved. * Collaborate closely with site teams, engineering, and project management to ensure integration of quality requirements into all activities. * Manage quality-related documentation (certificates, test reports, records, etc.). * Promote a quality culture across all organizational levels and among subcontractors. * Participate in the evaluation and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors regarding their quality management systems. Stay up-to-date on regulations and advancements in quality and industrial construction. * **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Quality Technician, preferably in large-scale industrial projects (Logistics Centers, Data Centers, industrial plants, etc.). * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001\), construction process control, and technical specifications for industrial materials and equipment. * **Skills:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Organization, rigor, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Proficiency in document management and report writing. * **Education:** Technical university degree (Engineering, Technical Architecture or equivalent) or Higher Vocational Training qualification in a related field. * **Languages:** Technical English proficiency will be considered a plus. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a sector-leading company with challenging and high-impact projects. * A dynamic and professional work environment where you can develop your career. * A competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and value.
