**Main responsibilities:** * Support monitoring and compliance with the hotel's established quality standards. * Collaborate in conducting internal audits across various departments and points of sale. * Support reviewing Forbes, LQA, and other quality standards applicable to the hotel. * Track audit results and collaborate in identifying potential areas for improvement. * Support preparing and updating quality-related reports and records. * Collaborate in tracking action plans arising from audits, incidents, and improvement opportunities. * Support collecting and analyzing information related to guest satisfaction and experience. * Monitor guest feedback, incidents, and improvement opportunities identified during the customer experience. * Collaborate with various departments to promote adherence to service and quality standards. * Support preparing documentation and materials related to quality standards and procedures. * Participate in internal meetings and projects related to continuous improvement. * Gain familiarity with the operational workflows of various hotel departments and points of sale to understand their impact on guest experience. * Introduction to systems and tools used for quality control and monitoring. * Availability to conduct visits and follow-up activities across different hotel departments as required by the Quality department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing education related to Hospitality. * Ability to formalize a training agreement with an educational institution or university.
