JOB DESCRIPTION At Temporal Quality — specialists in delivering success opportunities for individuals and companies — we are looking to hire a Quality Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to join one of our leading clients in their sector. **Your Mission:** Ensure proper management, review, and validation of quality certificates associated with orders, guaranteeing their consistency with supplied materials and compliance with current regulations. You will serve as the final documentary checkpoint before shipment, preventing errors and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and preparation of quality certificates (EN 10204, CE marking, applicable regulations). * Verification of correspondence between documentation and material (traceability, characteristics, testing). * Document management in ERP systems and repository control. * Identification of incidents and coordination with suppliers or internal teams for resolution. * Final documentary control prior to shipment. * Support during audits and tracking of non-conformities. * Participation in process improvements and digitalization. * Operational liaison with technology providers for AI solution implementation. **Requirements:** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar positions. * Knowledge and experience in DOCUMENTATION management. * Experience in reviewing and issuing QUALITY certificates, EN 10204, CE marking, and applicable regulations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools. * Experience in preparing for and supporting AUDITS. * Ability to coordinate with internal and external teams (suppliers). * Proactivity and proactive attitude toward continuous process improvement. * Internal customer orientation. What We Offer: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Salary: €10.50/hour. * Initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), followed by permanent employment with the client company.
