Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Pharma Project Manager with a strong track record in managing engineering projects within the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector, leading and coordinating projects from design through execution. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate engineering projects from inception to completion. 2. Serve as the direct point of contact with end clients (pharmaceutical laboratories). 3. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance. We are currently searching for a **Senior Pharma Project Manager** with substantial experience managing engineering projects in the **Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector**, possessing strong technical and managerial leadership capabilities, accustomed to handling complex **pharmaceutical plant projects**, and applying a highly selective approach. Location: **MADRID** **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate assigned engineering projects from start to finish (from design phase through execution/commissioning), ensuring adherence to time, quality, and cost (CAPEX) milestones. * Act as the direct point of contact with the end client (pharmaceutical laboratories), managing expectations, scope changes, and contingency resolution. * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, utilities, automation, civil works). * Ensure all project deliverables and phases strictly comply with sector-specific regulations (GMP, local safety regulations, etc.). * Manage budget control and provide continuous reporting to the Operations Management. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or related field). * Minimum 6\-8 years’ experience as a Project Manager independently leading engineering projects **exclusively in the Pharmaceutical (Pharma) or Biotechnology sector**. (Proven experience in this sector required). * Strong management capability, client orientation, and resilience.
