At Globaltec Desarrollos e Ingeniería S.A., we work on projects related to sectors such as energy, water, environment, infrastructure, industry, and territorial development, collaborating with our clients from initial planning phases through to defining the most suitable technical solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, understand, and prepare Expressions of Interest (EOIs) * Handling terms of reference for international public tenders for consulting services * Coordination with multilateral financial institutions * Preparation of deliverable documentation * Economic monitoring and budgetary control of projects * Sourcing expert CVs relevant to the project sector **Requirements** * University degree in Agricultural, Industrial, or Civil Engineering * **4 years** of **specific experience in consulting projects** * Experience drafting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) * Experience with multilateral financing (multilateral financing institutions) * Experience conducting feasibility studies * Availability to travel to African countries * English language proficiency at C1 level * Knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset **We Offer** * Permanent contract * Salary range adjusted to performance level between €30,000 and €45,000 annually, plus a variable bonus percentage * One day per week of remote work * 23 working days of vacation * Health insurance * Life and accident insurance Salary: €35,000.00–€45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Intensive summer working schedule * Company laptop * Life insurance * Private medical insurance * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
