However, its most established and demanding line lies within the maritime sector, where it develops technical interior design projects for ships and high-complexity vessels, applying the same quality and design standards that characterize the company. **Tasks:** * Technical direction and project organization * Client liaison * Project financial control * Cost analysis and variance tracking * Preparation of payment and receipt forecasts * Invoice approval * Certifications * Selection and communication with suppliers and other parties involved in the project * Development and monitoring of project schedules using project management software (Microsoft Project, Easy Projects, GanttPRO, Trello…) * Preparation and control of Purchase List * Management of specific project platforms (Kronodoc, Mars, etc) * Incident management (manufacturers and installers) * Review and approval of drawings and samples * Drafting of technical project documents (PQA, dossier feu, etc) * Resolving construction and technical details in collaboration with drafters and/or Manufacturing Manager **Profile:** * Qualification: Building Engineer or Industrial Engineer, Architect or equivalent. * Minimum 2-4 years of experience, preferably in interior design and naval or hotel decoration projects. * Knowledge and skills in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project * Fluent English language skills. * Availability to travel, mainly to Finland. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing and expanding company with a strong team * Immediate incorporation * Permanent contract * Office working hours: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule between 07:00 and 16:00 * Enriching work environment * Competitive salary negotiable according to candidate's experience and skills * Company laptop * Accommodation provided during business trips * Daily allowances * Career development plan within the company We look forward to having you join our team and contribute to our excellence in naval and luxury furniture design worldwide.
