We are looking for a junior professional passionate about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to join our Digital Strategy team within the AI area. You will participate in AI initiatives applied to industrial environments—from conversational assistants and agents to language and vision models deployed on edge devices. You will also work with Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, IoT, and Cloud. Main Challenge Contribute to deploying the digital and AI strategy of a global leader, bringing these technologies closer to its industrial facilities. Your Mission Join the Digital Taskforce—a specialized team delivering high-impact technological solutions. You will support business areas in digital initiatives within a collaborative, international environment, contributing and developing your expertise in advanced technologies. Responsibilities Participate in the design, conceptualization, and development of scalable and efficient AI solutions supporting our global digital strategy initiatives. Deploy and fine-tune language and vision models on edge devices within industrial facilities—running them locally without cloud connectivity. Develop agents and automations using both low-code tools (Copilot Studio, Power Platform) highly focused on business needs, and more advanced pro-code frameworks on Azure. Work closely with the business verticals across the countries where we operate to understand requirements for digital initiatives and ensure solutions are accurate and relevant. Professional-level English proficiency is essential. Collaborate with IT/OT, cybersecurity, and communications teams to integrate digital solutions that scale with existing infrastructures and systems. Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in AI and apply them to our working environment. **You Are Our Candidate If You Have:** A bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field. Additional training related to digital transformation or artificial intelligence—and personal AI projects—will be valued positively. No professional experience, or up to one year of experience. Programming knowledge in Python. **Linux/Ubuntu:** command-line terminal proficiency and basic networking concepts. Knowledge of and experience using generative AI tools. Analytical skills and ability to work proactively, autonomously, methodically, and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams—with strong results orientation. Presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. A demonstrably high level of English (minimum C1; English proficiency tests will be administered). Additional assets (valued positively): Running AI models locally using tools such as Ollama, llama.cpp, or similar. Docker containers and basic orchestration. Developing AI agents using low-code tools. Cloud-based AI platforms—especially Microsoft Azure. Integrated development environments (VSCode) and Git repository version control. Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) and familiarity with industrial OT environments. **Programming in other languages:** Java, C\+\+… SQL databases.
