You will become the business partner of the business unit, specializing in customer knowledge, defining value-based commercial segmentations, modeling, and applying artificial intelligence techniques to support data-driven decision-making and drive new and improved financial outcomes for the company. You will drive new and improved commercial results by leveraging customer insights derived from data analysis. You will be a specialist in data-driven business models and decision-making, acting as the business partner of the business unit. **Key Responsibilities:** ================================== * Propose, develop, and implement models, studies, and dashboards based on advanced data analytics for Repsol’s various commercial businesses, with a focus on customer analysis and commercial actions. Participate in and evaluate personalized commercial programs and initiatives. * Identify, develop, and advise commercial and business units on topics related to commercial optimization and customer strategy decisions. Ability to interpret variables and design business metrics. Participate in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with technical development teams. * Segment, design, launch, and execute personalized campaigns and commercial journeys; assess their impact, deviation, and profitability using analytics and data mining software tools. * Conduct customer studies using clustering techniques, pattern and trend analysis, and design statistical models for behavioral or demand forecasting. * Design, develop, and manage maintenance of data models, considering an end-to-end lifecycle of data capture, storage, and exploitation. **Requirements:** ============================== * Experience in advanced analytics areas/projects and database management (e.g., indicator cleansing, data reconciliation, ingestion validation, etc.). * Experience in segmentation, statistical modeling, and machine learning using Python or SAS; dashboard design in Power BI, Tableau, or SAS Viya. * Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (ADE), or related disciplines. * Analytical mindset and orientation toward delivering business value as a business analyst. * Strong teamwork skills, communication ability, and capacity for synthesis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint. * Proficiency with tools such as SAS Guide, Alteryx, SAS Miner, and Python. * English language proficiency at B2 level. **Additional Desirable Qualifications:** ============================= * Familiarity with R is considered an asset. \#LI\-LL1
