At Genek, we are managing the search for an **Expert Odoo Programmer** to join our end client’s permanent team directly: a well-established B2B company with over 30 years of history, presence in more than 20 countries, and a team of over 300 people. Its technology department serves as the strategic engine of the business, managing an in-house software ecosystem and providing direct technical support to its customer portfolio. **The Mission** We are not seeking just a programmer, but a specialist who understands business processes. This role has a dual focus: leading Odoo implementation within the organization itself (developing custom modules), while simultaneously playing a key role in supporting and implementing Odoo for the company’s clients. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of proven experience implementing Odoo for clients. * Ability to install self\-hosted environments (Community Edition) and solid familiarity with Odoo.sh. * Experience developing custom modules from scratch. * Proficiency in core modules: Sales, Accounting, Attendance, and Human Resources. * Business-oriented mindset: analytical ability to translate business needs into real-world automations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ERP migrations (transitioning from other systems to Odoo). * Experience with data migration and synchronization of master data between external systems and Odoo. * Knowledge of PHP, including frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. **What We Offer** * Salary: €33,000\-€36,000 gross/year, depending on experience. * Real impact: freedom to contribute functional insights both for clients and for the company’s core technology. * High-performing technical team, engineering culture, and continuous improvement. * Permanent contract on a stable, established project. * Working hours: 08:00 to 16:00 (with a 20-minute break). * Absolute confidentiality throughout the selection process.
