Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for production tasks in the chemical industry, including mold handling, PVC profile preparation, and pre-polymer injection, all in accordance with quality standards. Proactivity, versatility, and responsibility In La Llagosta, personnel are needed for production tasks at a chemical industry company. Duties include moving molds, inspecting plates and protecting them with polyethylene film, as well as cleaning residual material remaining in the molds. Work also involves PVC profiles or frames, placing them at the edge of the glass mold and sealing them airtight. Depending on thickness, nylon, Teflon, or metal staples are used, applying pressure with Teflon wedges around the mold while leaving only a small opening to inject the pre-polymer using fish glue. The mold is filled with the required kilogram amount based on thickness and then sealed to ensure airtightness. It is then placed into the transport cage for curing—either with water or air—following established production and quality standards. Other duties include grooving staples and wedges, cleaning facilities, and adjusting thickness changes at the beginning or end of the cycle. This is a full-time contract, with 40 weekly working hours from Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift schedule (morning, afternoon, and night), with rest periods established by law. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive, versatile, and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Spanish and Catalan \- Proficient in both spoken and written forms * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) \- Forklift license is an asset.
