We are seeking Production Operators for an industrial company located in Loeches, Madrid, specializing in the manufacture of packaging inks. Main responsibilities include replenishing raw materials, inspecting finished products, and supervising and producing inks. The role also involves starting up and cleaning equipment and work areas, as well as collaborating with the Production Manager to identify production incidents. Operation of a retractable forklift and manual pallet truck is required. Prior experience in the industrial sector and a valid forklift license are mandatory. A positive attitude, commitment, and prior experience in similar production or manufacturing roles are highly valued. A personal vehicle is essential to access the industrial estate, and full availability for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts is required. A one-month temporary contract is offered, with potential continuation based on performance. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The hourly wage is €12.94, with a night-shift premium of €14.76 per hour. Immediate start is required.
