Professional development within a well-established and growing company We are looking for a **PRODUCTION MANAGER** on behalf of our client — a leading company in the food industry with a strong industrial track record — to lead production operations, ensuring process efficiency, product quality, food safety, and team development, actively contributing to the plant’s evolution and modernization. **JOB MISSION** To direct, coordinate, and optimize the plant’s production operations, ensuring achievement of production, quality, safety, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and coordinate production operations, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, service, and cost objectives. * Plan and supervise production activities according to demand and plant capacity. * Manage and develop production teams, strengthening middle-management leadership and fostering a high-performance environment. * Analyze operational KPIs (OEE, productivity, waste, yields, etc.) and drive improvement actions to optimize processes. * Promote a continuous improvement culture through implementation of Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, occupational health and safety (PRL), and environmental standards. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement departments to ensure operational efficiency. * Participate in industrial modernization projects, process improvements, and organizational development initiatives. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in managerial roles within industrial environments. * Experience in the food industry and/or manufacturing sector is highly valued. * Experience managing production teams and developing personnel. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. * Strong analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Leadership, communication, and influence skills. * Organized, methodical, and results-oriented profile. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and planning. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Employment with a well-established and growing industrial company. * Involvement in modernization and process improvement projects. * A collaborative environment strongly oriented toward continuous improvement. * Medium-term professional development opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, split shift (08:30 \- 18:00 hours)
