Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to lead an industrial plant, coordinating production activities, supervising staff, and managing priorities in a dynamic environment. Autonomy in the project and initial training We need a Production Manager to lead an industrial plant in the Garrotxa region, within an established business group. The person will be responsible for day-to-day coordination: planning production, supervising personnel, managing priorities and adapting to changes, monitoring productivity, quality and deadlines, overseeing order and maintenance, providing basic technical support, coordinating with headquarters, reporting incidents, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and participating in onboarding training for new hires. We seek someone who is problem-solving oriented, organized, and capable of leading teams in dynamic environments where planning can change rapidly. A permanent contract is offered, along with initial training, autonomy in the project, and an annual gross salary between 30\.000 and 33\.000 euros depending on experience. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility according to production needs. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Production Manager, Plant Supervisor, Workshop Manager or similar position * Experience in a dynamic industrial environment * Operational leadership and team management capability * Problem-solving profile, organized and results-oriented * Technical knowledge of industrial machinery and basic maintenance * Basic computer skills * Forklift license is a plus * Residence near Girona / Garrotxa
