We are looking to hire a **Production Operator** to join our team. We seek responsible, committed individuals with the ability to work in a team and who wish to develop themselves in a dynamic environment within the food industry. **Main responsibilities:** * Feeding and supervising the production line. * Handling and packaging of products. * Visual quality control of the product. * Preparation and replenishment of raw materials. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of the workstation. * Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth production operations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in production lines—especially in the food industry—is preferred. * Ability to work in a team. * Responsible, organized individual with attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work night shifts. * Residence near Montblanc or own vehicle for commuting to the workplace is preferred.
