We are looking to hire a **Production Operator** to join our team. We seek responsible, committed individuals with the ability to work as part of a team and who wish to develop themselves within a dynamic environment in the food industry. **Main responsibilities:** * Feeding and supervising the production line. * Handling and packaging products. * Visual quality control of the product. * Preparation and replenishment of raw materials. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of the workstation. * Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth production operations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience on production lines—especially in the food sector—is preferred. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Responsible, organized individual with attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work night shifts. * Residency near Montblanc or possession of personal transportation to commute to the workplace is an advantage.
