We are currently seeking to hire a professional with education and experience in **industrial electronics / electronic engineering** for our offices in **Sevilla**. **Responsibilities:** * Management of work teams (team size is variable). * Creation, monitoring, and modification of work schedules. * Assignment of tasks per production shift according to the schedule. * Management of repairs. * Handling all types of issues and escalating them to the relevant department. * Management and control of components required for all types of work. * Daily tracking of completed tasks. * Process improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in using electronic test equipment and instrumentation. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Programming skills. * Proficiency in electronic design and 3D design software (Altium, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.). * Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
