If you identify with these values and have relevant experience, we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities** ---------- Reporting to the Plant Director, you will perform the following duties, among others: * Manage and evaluate team performance. * Coordinate production schedules with the logistics department. * Maintain and implement product quality guidelines. * Collaborate with the maintenance manager to anticipate and supervise potential issues. * Manage the annual budget. * Supervise factory cleanliness and order maintenance. * Review daily incidents with the maintenance manager. * Continuously improve production processes. * Raise operators’ awareness of recycling practices. * Participate in plant follow-up meetings. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles within industrial plants. * Knowledge of quality and environmental requirements under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\. * Experience with production and maintenance management software, as well as office productivity tools (MS Office suite). * Conversational English proficiency. * Practicality and professionalism in problem analysis and resolution, adaptability to change, and critical thinking. **Benefits** -------------- * Stable position and competitive salary commensurate with your professional profile. * Company cafeteria with over 70% of costs subsidized and healthy meal options. * Early finish on Fridays. * Highly competitive medical insurance. * On-site gym. * Professional development training plan tailored to your growth.
