Teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued We are looking for personnel for the production department of a graphic arts company located in Besalú. Daily tasks include assisting machine operators during the cutting process, feeding rolls into the machine, and monitoring for any operational issues. Responsibilities also include palletizing paper and cardboard—i.e., stacking, strapping, labeling, and shrink-wrapping—as well as transporting and positioning finished products using an electric pallet truck and a front-end forklift. Additional duties involve guillotining materials, assisting with truck loading, and supporting production, maintenance, and cleaning activities—all while complying with quality, environmental, and safety standards. Working hours are Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift schedule: either 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Occasionally, Saturday morning shifts may be required depending on workload; these are compensated as overtime. Additional paid overtime hours may also be available based on business needs. The position offers an employment contract, a gross hourly wage of €9.71 (as stipulated by the applicable collective agreement), plus the possibility of overtime.
