We’re looking for you to join our team at Vidext! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design experiences within our AI-powered platform. * Transform complex problems into clear, easy-to-use user flows. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design new features. * Create experiences for administrators, managers, and end users. * Design course, module, and learning content management systems. * Participate in defining experiences related to AI agents, human review, and automation. * Design dashboards and visualizations to help understand learning impact. * Work with Design Systems and ensure a consistent experience across the entire product. * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand real user needs and translate them into product solutions. ### **Requirements** **The profile we’re looking for:** * 2+ years of experience designing digital products or B2B SaaS. * Proficiency in Figma. * Ability to transform ambiguity into clear, well-resolved experiences. * Systems thinking and a product-focused mindset—not just interface design. * Attention to detail in design, content, states, and use cases. * Ability to work autonomously and efficiently. * Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams. * Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and problem-solving capabilities. * Interest in artificial intelligence and its real-world applications. **What would be a plus?** * End\-to\-end experience building B2B SaaS products. * Experience designing AI-related experiences—copilots, agents, etc. * Understanding of how large language models work and their limitations. * Participation in user interviews or research processes. * Interest in learning, training, or knowledge management. * Experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their evolution. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or frontend development. * Use of AI tools to accelerate work and explore new ideas. * Strong writing skills and equal attention to microcopy and visual design. * Enjoyment of working in environments where much remains to be built. **What do we offer at Vidext?** * Base salary: €25,000\-€50,000 gross per year * Permanent contract from day one. * Tax-advantaged benefits: meal, transportation, and childcare allowances. * 23 vacation days to disconnect and recharge. * A young, dynamic team in a growing startup—collaborative atmosphere with constant support. * Professional learning and development with real opportunities for growth and upskilling. * Work mode: Hybrid * Flexible hours and shortened workday on Fridays and during summer **Application and Selection Process:** * Send us your CV and project portfolio.
