Ros Roca S.A., a company belonging to Terberg Environmental Holding BV Group, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of waste collection equipment, is seeking to strengthen its Supply Chain team and therefore needs to fill the following position: ### **Procurement Specialist** #### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for ensuring the supply of materials from assigned suppliers, guaranteeing their availability at the right time for production, optimizing stock levels, and preventing obsolescence. #### **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Managing, reviewing, and releasing purchase requirements via MRP. * Issuing, tracking, and maintaining purchase orders. * Monitoring and tracking pending and delayed orders (backorders). * Resolving supply-related incidents. * Coordinating transportation with suppliers when necessary. * Tracking orders until their correct receipt is confirmed in the system. * Maintaining continuous contact and communication with national and international suppliers. * Participating in periodic follow-up meetings with the procurement team. #### **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or currently completing such studies). * Minimum English proficiency equivalent to First Certificate. * Advanced English level is desirable. * Prior experience of at least two years in a similar role is desirable. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Experience working with ERP systems (D365\) is desirable. #### **Which competencies will we value in you?** * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Organizational skills and efficient time management. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Teamwork. #### **What do we offer?** * Joining an internationally leading company in its sector. * A dynamic work environment with strong professional growth prospects. * Participation in international projects and interaction with global suppliers. * Continuous training and professional development. * Integration into a committed and collaborative team.
