Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future. ACCIONA, within its construction business line, requires the incorporation of a Procurement Assistant for a major construction project. As part of the Project Procurement Team, you will be responsible for the following tasks: * Coordinate execution of Purchase Requisition forms along with their associated documentation. * Launch procurements via Procur\-e. * Monitor suppliers to ensure they submit quotations via Procur\-e as well. * Finalize the award process via Procur\-e. * Manage, update, etc., the ACC procurement folders for each project. * Maintain and update the industrial database so that all listed industrial suppliers remain “contractible”. * Ensure the comparative analysis (Excel) remains unaltered, accurate, and consistently used in this format by all. * Collaborate with site managers to identify procurement needs and formalize them in the procurement plan. o Conduct weekly follow-up of the procurement plan, incorporating newly identified needs and always supported by site engineers. Update cost/sales/difference figures accordingly. * Liaise with Quality Department engineers when a comparative analysis requires ETC, and monitor its progress. Job Description Mission: Support and collaborate on projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to execute delegated tasks satisfying internal customer needs. Sub-function responsible for all tasks related to acquiring goods and services for all types of commercial processes applicable to the organization, including product supply activities, supplier selection, price negotiations, and order processing.
