The selected candidate will play a key role in cost optimization, risk mitigation, and generating sustainable business value. **What Will Be Your Mission?** ------------------------- * Define and execute the local procurement strategy, aligned with Management and Global Procurement. * Ensure a sustainable, competitive, and value-creating supply. * Drive cost optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Lead, develop, and coordinate the Procurement team (3 Category Managers), fostering a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment. * Define team roles, objectives, and development plans. * Oversee category strategies and lead key negotiations with strategic suppliers. * Act as a business partner to various internal departments. * Define and monitor procurement KPIs, budget, and forecast. * Mitigate supply chain risks and strengthen relationships with key suppliers. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------------ * University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field. * Specialized training in Procurement, Category Management, and advanced negotiation. * 7–10 years of procurement experience, including at least 3–5 years leading teams. * Solid experience in strategic procurement and complex negotiations. * Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel. * High level of English proficiency. **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Leadership and team development. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. * Analytical ability and decision-making. * Effective communication and stakeholder management. * Strategic vision and collaborative mindset. **What Do We Offer?** ------------------- At Puratos, we champion diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environments where people can grow professionally and generate positive impact on business and society.
