The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process of goods and services required for constructing a large-scale industrial site near the city of Zaragoza. Their role will be critical in ensuring all materials and services are acquired efficiently while meeting established quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute the project's procurement strategy aligned with overall project objectives.
* Identify and select suppliers, negotiating purchase terms and contracts to secure optimal price and quality conditions.
* Manage the request-for-quotation process, bid evaluation, and contract awarding.
* Collaborate with planning and project management teams to forecast material and service requirements.
* Monitor contract compliance and the quality of received supplies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions.
* Monitor the market to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that may impact the supply chain.
* Implement and manage an inventory control and delivery tracking system.
* Ensure compliance with the company's procurement regulations and policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
* Proficiency in procurement management software and ERP systems. Solid expertise in procurement management, negotiation, and cost control. Familiarity with BIM methodology in a work environment.
* Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is desirable.
