About the Position Position Objective Specify and supervise manufacturing process conditions in assigned areas. Promote continuous improvement and collaborate on resolving technical issues. Propose process improvements to ensure organizational objectives related to SEQCD. **Responsibilities:** Analyze manufacturing/product/component quality issues to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions. Validate new equipment and processes in collaboration with various factory departments and the Technical Center. Develop, issue, and maintain up\-to\-date technical work procedures and best practice standards for assigned manufacturing processes. Identify, classify, analyze, and prioritize improvement opportunities across various processes, both technical and managerial. Lead continuous improvement projects, completing the PDCA/DMAIC cycle. Analyze process monitoring parameters and indicators, investigating trends, problems, and deviations, and proposing solutions to ensure improved outcomes. Participate in the development, validation, and documentation of new materials, production processes, manufacturing equipment, and products. Develop necessary tests for industrialization of new processes and/or products. Required Qualifications and Experience **Education, Master’s Degree, Other Qualifications:** Industrial Technical Engineering degree, university bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or higher engineering/master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent. Bachelor’s/Graduate degree in Chemistry. **Experience (years):** Minimum two years’ experience in the automotive sector, preferably in automotive, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical industries.
